A graduate of the University of Iowa, Michael Green has operated a commercial and residential appraisal business in Johnson City since 1993. Prior to that, he was a commercial real estate broker and appraiser in Asheville, NC and Auburn, AL from 1986 to 1992. He earned the MAI appraisal designation in 1992 and the CCIM brokerage designation in 1994, and earned the SIOR brokerage designation in 2006.
Michael has broad-based real estate experience that includes brokerage, development, and property management. His formal training is primarily concentrated in complex income producing property. He has prepared appraisal and consulting assignments nationwide on a variety of large-scale commercial and industrial properties.

A graduate of Francis Marion University in Florence, SC, Pat McKlveen has been associated with TCI Group-Michael Green Agency (-Now Green Commercial Realty, Inc.) since 1999. Prior to moving to the Tri-Cities, Pat retired from a 25-year career with United Parcel Service. While with UPS, Pat was actively involved in new business developments, real estate acquisitions, and public relations. Pat is active in many business and civic organizations in Johnson City, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Southern Appalachian Ronald McDonald House, and the Hospital Guest House, and as a member of the Business Resource Group.

Brenda is a native of Johnson City and Carter County. Prior to earning her real estate license, she assisted in the preparation of commercial appraisal reports. Previously, Brenda worked in a variety of corporate customer service settings, including collections with Sears, and distribution and purchasing for Siemens. Brenda is active in several business and civic organizations in the Tri-Cities and serves on the Board of Directors of the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of the Dawn of Hope organization as well.

Duke Hall grew up in Johnson City. Following service with the U.S. Marines in Vietnam he earned a BS from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Denver. His background includes timber management and special-use permit administration with the U.S. Forest Service in Colorado; resort planning and development with Vail Resort Company in Vail, Colorado; and resort consulting/financial analysis with Sno-engineering, Inc. in Aspen, Colorado. In addition Mr. Hall joined with two Walt Disney Imagineers in Orlando, Florida, to successfully open an independent theme park design/development company with subsequent offices in Los Angeles and Tokyo. Duke returned to East Tennessee in 1995 as part owner of a family real estate holding company. He serves on the Dawn of Hope Foundation Board, he has served as Chairman of the Johnson City Development Authority Board, and he is also a Johnson City Public Library Board member. He is married to Kathy Hall and has a young son.

Tina has been a member of the Association of Realtors on a local, state and national level since 1997. Prior to her affiliation in 2002 with TCI Group - Michael Green Agency (-Now Green Commercial Realty,Inc.), she assembled and managed her own real estate portfolio, as well as co-owned and managed Holt Signworks in Johnson City, a commercial sign company she and her husband still operate. She is a native of Johnson City and a graduate of East Tennessee State University, with a B.S. degree in Community Health, and an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. Tina is working on her designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She is married to Joe Holt and has two sons, and a daughter.
